Deposits: A 50% deposit of the rent and taxes is due upon signing the agreement. Balance including exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon your arrival date at check in. The credit card used for deposit must be in the same name of the person making the reservation and must be displayed at check in. We will charge 100% for all no shows and cancellations within 21 days of your arrival, check in date. We honor personal checks only for deposits 21 days in advance of your arrival check in date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover
Payments: We accept Cash, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards. (No personal Checks accepted).
Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded in full , minus an administrative fee, only if you notify us in writing 45 days or more prior to your reservation date. Note, 60 days if your reservation is for 4 weeks or more. (Emails are accepted). Also, should you decide to leave early, the unused portion of your reserved stay will not be refunded. (No Exceptions). We will charge 100% for all no shows and cancellations within 21 days, (60 days if your reservation is for 4 weeks or more), of your arrival, check in date. Administrative fee of $95.00, (accept 5% for all credit card deposits that exceed nineteen hundred US dollars), will be collected for all cancellations.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is recommended for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel. (Tripinsurance.com is a good one to use).
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises! (If you are expecting company during your stay please check with Management)
All Rooms are non smoking, No Pets permitted and Spring Breakers are not permitted. |
- Smoking and Incense is not permitted in any room with the exception of outdoors and the pool area.
- Sorry no pets permitted.
- $295.00 fee will be charged if we detect any smoke or pet odor in any of the rooms and you will be asked to check out.
- Note! The minimum age requirement for all guest registrations is 23 and all occupants of that guest must also be 23 or older, excluding families. (We except families with children under 23 years old in the same rooms/suites).
(No Spring Breakers are permitted).
- 1 Bedroom Suites rates based on 1-2 person occupancy and 2 Bedroom Suites rates based on 1-4 person occupancy.
- Small Hotel Rooms and Small Efficiencies are based on 1-2 person occupancy with a maximum of 2 occupants.
- $10-$15 a day for each additional person in all 1 & 2 Bedroom Suites
($10-$15 a day for each sofa sleeper that is set up with sheets and blankets). Student discounts are based on a 1 person occupancy rate. Upon your departure we require that all rooms be left as you found it: tidy and in clean condition with all items from our inventory accounted for. If additional cleaning beyond normal is required or any items broken or missing from our inventory, additional charges will be deducted from your credit card or taken from a security deposit.

- Estoril Paradise Inn requires that all guests must present a valid photo ID, a major credit card that must be either a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express in guests name at check in. (Debit Cards are acceptable). If you do not have a credit card or a debit card in your name then you must have at least $200-300.00 in cash for Rooms/Eff's & $300-500.00 for Suites to use as a deposit at check in for any unpaid balances. If you do not present a valid photo ID, a major credit card in your name or your cash deposit at check in, then you will not be able to check in and you will not receive any refunds. No exceptions.
- Towels / Bed Linens / Comforters & Blankets:
Due to a high increase of replacing damaged towels, bed linens, comforters and blankets we have to add this new policy that is effective on Jun. 15, 09. Towels are used to dry your hands and/or body. If any stains are found not associated with drying your hands or body and we cannot remove the stain(s) then you will be charged for the cost of replacing that towel. No Exceptions We do provide burgundy wash towels for you to use for make up removal. If we find a stain(s) on our bed linen, comforter or blankets that cannot be removed you may be charged for the cost of replacing our bed linen, comforter or blanket.
